They will lynch when you cook there the way you do in Roumania.Learn something, read the right books. Jamie Oliver, Carlucci, Bocuse, Willems, Hermans, Escofier, Guérard, Vergé etc. When you accomplished all that, ask a good cook to teach you how to cook. For this moment: good luck, but don't cook.
